Delivery & Returns
*Additional charges will apply for deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Ireland, BFPO, Rest of World and the Channel Islands (Note that for sales to the Channel Islands we charge an administration fee equal to the VAT that would be charged on UK sales). Additional delivery charges will be advised prior to shipping for approval. Excludes 2-Man Delivery
**Deliveries are made Monday to Friday although we are not able to commit to delivery on a specific day except for larger items which require two-man delivery. You may find it more convenient to have the parcel delivered to a work address and you can opt for this during the checkout process.
***We will arrange a collection for you and you will be liable for the cost of return carriage which will be deducted from any refund. Please ensure the Return Authorisation Number is marked on the outside of the package and can be clearly seen. Christmas items may not be returned after 25th December unless damaged or faulty.
