Change or Cancel your order
We're sorry, but in most circumstances it's not possible to make amendments to your order once you've placed it. To cancel an order or to edit your delivery address, we strongly recommend that you contact us at the earliest available opportunity. To add any products to your order, please place a new order for any additional items. If your order has been dispatched or delivered, please refer to our returns procedure stated below.
Missing or Incomplete orders
In the unfortunate event that your order hasn't been delivered within the scheduled time period, or arrives incomplete, please refer to your account to check your order status prior to contacting our customer services team.
Returning an Item
If your order has arrived damaged, faulty or it's just unwanted, contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to obtain your Returns Authorisation Number. For any unwanted items that you wish to have returned, please ensure that they're returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Please also be aware that you'll be liable for the cost of returning any unwanted item. Before making arrangements to return any part of your order, we strongly advise that you contact our helpful customer services team beforehand.
We aim to process all refunds within 30 days of notification. Once your refund has been processed, it make take up to 3 - 5 working days for your refund to be cleared by your bank, building society or credit card provider. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
